Special Care Stays:
Special Care stays are subject to approval, based on the medical care needed to care for your pet, and our medical team's availability. Special care provides medical monitoring and medication administration for guests with ongoing medical concerns. If you feel this is needed for your pet, please reach out to your Pet Hotel Coordinator, at your earliest convenience.

Unvaccinated Puppy Stays:
Unvaccinated Puppy stays are subject to approval, and based on our team's availability to safely house, not fully vaccinated pets. If you feel this is needed for your pet, please reach out to your Pet Hotel Coordinator, at your earliest convenience.

Enrichment Playtime ($27.50) Outdoor activities, crafted to stimulate your pet's mind and bodies! This outdoor activity for your pet is one-on-one time with our Pet Hotel Associates. Outdoor activity options vary through the year. Ask your Pet Hotel Coordinator for more details!

Additional Walk ($13.25) Add an additional stroll to the 3 walks your pet receives as part of the nightly rate.

Cuddle Session ($13.00) One-on-one time with a Pet Hotel Associate who will shower your pet with cuddles, scratches, & snuggles galore.

Kong Treat ($12.50) Kong toy with either Liver or Peanut butter paste & treats.

Puzzle toy with treats ($12.50) Interactive feeder to engage your pet’s resource gathering skill. Puzzle fed with our complimentary kibble.

Taste & Play Package ($36) A savings package for your pet to receive 2 activities per day. Your pet will receive an outdoor Enrichment Playtime as well as a tasty treat. Offerings change seasonally. Ask your Pet Hotel Coordinator for more details!

Family time Package ($53) A savings package for pets staying with family members. All pets in the family will receive an outdoor Enrichment playtime and Cuddle session! Price is per family, per day, not per individual pet. Ask your Pet Hotel Coordinator for more details!
