We understand that every pet is unique. That’s why we design each stay to meet their individual needs. Our Pet Hotel Associates—on-site from 5:30 am to 8 pm—provide attentive care with medical oversight from our veterinary team. While we do not have staff overnight, pets are comfortable and monitored, and in-house surveillance cameras can be reviewed if needed.
We also offer optional activities and enrichment programs to keep pets engaged, happy, and relaxed during their stay.
Dog Services & Suites
All dogs enjoy:
- Two indoor meals daily (customizable to your schedule)
- Three potty walks each day
- Temperature-controlled rooms and monitoring by our team
- Report cards sent to owners—choose your preferred frequency or opt out
Suite Options:
- Small Suite – for dogs under 40 lbs, can share with another small dog (weight limits apply).
- Standard Suite – accommodates dogs of any size; families can share some rooms (restrictions apply).
- Signature Suite – 7×7 ft, ideal for large breeds or dogs who enjoy extra space; includes limited-camera access.
The Great Outdoors
Our outdoor areas provide a safe space for walks and play. Canine guests enjoy three daily outdoor walks, plus optional enrichment activities such as:
- Family-Time Package – $53: outdoor cuddle session + premium playtime for canine families
- Enrichment Playtime – $27.50
- Extra Walk – $13.25

Can my dog receive medications or exams during their stay?
Yes! Nail trims, vaccinations, and exams can be provided for stays longer than one night. Please provide dosing info at check-in.
Can I bring my dog’s food?
Absolutely! While we provide a high-quality diet at no extra cost, we recommend bringing your pet’s food for puppies, kittens, or pets with dietary sensitivities.

Our feline-only rooms are designed for peace and comfort:

- CBD / Hemp products: Cannot be administered or stored under federal law; items will be removed.
