There are currently four ways to request a stay with us at Woodland Vet: Pet Hotel. All requests are processed in the order in which they are received. As our team is working with multiple families daily, please allow up to 48 hours for a Pet Hotel Coordinator to reach out regarding your request.

With all methods of request, we ask that you include:
If you have had a pet stay prior – Your name, the last name of the primary account holder, your pet’s name, their approximate weight, suite size you prefer, your preferred pick-up and drop-off dates, and your call back information.
If you haven’t had a pet stay prior – Your first and last name, your pet’s name, their approximate weight, suite size you prefer, your preferred pick-up and drop-off dates, and your call back information.
Deposits
We require a deposit to hold your pet’s room reservation if your request is for four nights or longer during non-holiday times, and two nights or greater during our holiday periods. (Please see calendar below.)
Whether your request is tentative or certain, we will take a $50 refundable deposit for single pets, and $100 for those booking stays with more than one pet.
This $50/$100 deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel no later than 48 hours prior to your reservation check-in date. Cancellations will be honored when you reach out, either by text (530-666-2461), email (pethotel@woodlandvethospital.com), or by leaving a message on our Pet Hotel voicemail.
If you need to cancel your reservation less than 48 hours in advance, we reserve the right to keep the full deposit. If you are an unannounced no-show for your reservation, we also reserve the right to keep the full deposit.
There are times where we don’t immediately connect with you when scheduling your pet’s stay. When that happens, you will have 48 hours from when a Pet Hotel Coordinator leaves you a message to confirm that tentative reservation and make your deposit.
When you call to confirm the reservation and make the deposit, anyone on our Client Care team will be happy to assist you.
If we have not heard back from you within 48 hours of us setting up your tentative reservation, we will remove the reservation and you will need to request your dates again.
