While your pup is with us, they receive a daily standard of 2 meals (this can be adjusted to your feeding schedule if their usual routine differs), 3 potty walks, and monitoring by our Pet Hotel team. We will also send you updates on your pet’s stay while you are away. Please let your Pet Hotel Coordinator know at what frequency you would like to receive these communications, or if you would prefer to opt out. All of our rooms are located indoors and are temperature controlled. We offer three different sized rooms for you to choose from based on your pet’s weight and needs.
Suites
For dogs under 40 pounds, we have our Small Suite. These can be found in a few different areas across the hotel, and are stacked in rows of two. This gives us the availability to house many smaller dogs. Guests between 20-39 pounds, who opt for a Small Suite, are placed in our ground level rooms, for theirs and our staff’s safety. Families of smaller dogs whose weight together does not exceed 40lbs are welcome to room together.
Our Standard Suite is for dogs of any size, though they are the minimum requirement for those who are over 40lbs. Families can share a Standard Suite (Some restrictions do apply). There are two main areas in our hotel that house these sized rooms. One area, our Multi Size Suite wing, includes Small and Standard Suites. If you have family members of varying sizes who may not take to staying in the same room but will miss each other’s company, speak to the Pet Hotel Coordinator about your options for adjacent rooms.
Lastly, our spacious Signature Suite is our largest (7×7 feet) room option. This suite is best for large breeds (70lbs or larger), pets who enjoy sprawling out with plenty of space, and families staying together (Some restrictions do apply). These suites are in their own wing with only a few facing other rooms. Pets who tend to be shy or fearful when facing other dogs can also benefit from this space. Currently, four rooms have added cameras, and there is no additional cost for these suites.
The Great Outdoors!
Although our rooms are all indoors, we have a large outdoor space featuring a long walkway and secure outdoor runs where our canine guests take their three morning, noon, and evening walks. The primary purpose of these walks is to encourage your pet to use the bathroom, and allow dogs to stretch their legs and get some fresh air. These walks are monitored by our Pet Hotel Associates so we can report any concerns to the medical team or to you at check-out. Our outdoor areas feature two spacious play-yards where we conduct all outdoor activities available to be added to your pet’s stay. If your pet is used to frequent exercise, mental stimulation, or socialization, we recommend adding some of our offered activities to your dog’s stay. This can help immensely with easing some of the anxiety dogs may experience in an environment outside their home, and often greatly improves the quality of their experience at the Pet Hotel and with our team.
Family Time Package
We also offer a Family-Time Package for canine families staying with us. This is an activity available for addition to your fur-family’s stay, whether they are sharing a room or not. This package offers an outdoor Cuddle Session and Premium Playtime for all pups in the family to enjoy together. This package is a single charge added to the nightly rate of only one pet (not to each individual family member). Activity packages are not available to be scheduled for the date of check-in or check-out.
